Step 2: You will receive an email confirmation of the Medical Release, that will then send you the Class Sign up Forms. Fill out which Day and Classes you are interested in. *Keep this email for future use as it will have the form links and calendar that you can use to update as the year progresses (w/o having to "re-fill" out the medical form)
Step 3: Pay via credit card below or mail and/or bring a check to class
